It’s happening again! 💙
There’s something pretty special about getting away for a weekend with your crafty friends. No laundry calling your name. No errands that need to be run. No feeling guilty because you’ve spent the entire afternoon working on one project.
Just time to create, laugh, relax and enjoy being together.
And for 2027, we’re making things even cozier because we’re adding a PAJAMA theme! 🩷❄️ Pack your favorite PJs, your coziest slippers and, of course, all those craft projects you’ve been meaning to finish. This weekend is all about Warm Hearts & Creative Hands.
💕 More Than a Crafting Weekend
If you’ve joined me for a Winter Retreat before, you already know this isn’t just a crafting weekend.
Yes, there will be tables covered with paper, adhesive, scissors and projects in various stages of completion. 😂 But there will also be games, creative challenges, prizes, snacks, plenty of laughs and time to simply enjoy being together.
And this year, you can expect a little Pajamas, Paper & Projects fun, too!
Think cozy PJs, comfy slippers, movie time, snacks and crafting with friends. I may even have a few pajama-themed surprises up my sleeve. 😉

Because I think it would be SO much fun to have a bunch of us crafting in matching PJs, I’m on the hunt for the perfect 2027 Winter Retreat pajamas!
Once I find a fun set, I’ll share the link here and in our retreat information. If you love them too, you can grab a pair for yourself!
Matching pajamas are completely optional — wear the retreat PJs, bring your own favorites, or show up in whatever makes you comfy. But I have to admit…I’m already imagining our group photo if a whole bunch of us are matching! 😂📸

And because apparently we have our own retreat traditions now, I’m pretty sure there will once again be s’mores toasted with a heat gun! 🔥
There will be time to work on the projects you never seem to get to at home, time to visit with old friends and time to make some new ones.
Time to create. Time to recharge. Time to connect.
That’s the kind of weekend I’m planning.

Our 2027 Winter Retreat will be held:
Friday, February 5 at 10:00 AM through Sunday, February 7 at 4:00 PM
We’ll be returning to the Hilton Garden Inn in East Syracuse, NY, the same location as our 2026 retreat.
Retreat Fee: $150 per person
A $50 deposit reserves your spot, and space is limited to just 30 people.
I’m already dreaming up new ideas, creative twists, pajama-themed fun and a few surprises for this year. I want every retreat to include the things you loved from previous years while still giving you something new to look forward to.

🏨 Staying at the Hilton
We have a special group guest room rate of $139 per night for:
Friday, February 5Saturday, February 6
with check-out on Sunday, February 7.
Our room block will be held until January 5, 2027.
