Pumpkin Stuffed Cupcakes – A Little Fall Sweetness! 🎃🧁
If you've attended one of my crafting classes, you probably know that I love having a little something sweet for everyone to enjoy while we're creating!
After all, what's better than spending time with friends, making something beautiful, and enjoying a yummy treat along the way?
For my Snowy Nights Lighted Shadowbox Class, I decided to bring a little taste of fall into the classroom with these delicious Pillsbury Pumpkin Stuffed Cupcakes!
Pumpkin + Cream Cheese = YUM!
I spotted this Pillsbury Pumpkin Stuffed Cupcake Kit at Walmart and thought it would be the perfect treat for my class.
The kit includes a pumpkin cupcake mix and a cream cheese-flavored filling that actually bakes right into the middle of each cupcake!
How fun is that?
The combination of pumpkin flavor and creamy filling sounded absolutely delicious, and I couldn't resist giving them a try.
An Easy Treat for a Busy Crafting Day
One thing I especially love about baking for my classes is finding recipes and treats that are delicious without requiring hours in the kitchen.
Between preparing all the paper, cardstock, embellishments, and supplies for class, sometimes a little shortcut is just what I need!
This kit makes 24 cupcakes, which is wonderful when you're preparing treats for a group.
And with that surprise cream cheese filling tucked inside, they're a little more special than your everyday cupcake.

One of my favorite things about hosting classes is the time we spend together. We laugh, share stories, learn something new, and hopefully leave with a project we're proud of.
Adding a homemade treat is just one more way I like to make our creative time together special.
Whether we're making cards, samplers, or beautiful lighted shadowboxes, there's always room for something yummy!

Keep an eye out for seasonal baking mixes when you're grocery shopping.
Sometimes the easiest treats turn out to be perfect for a gathering, a crafting class, or just a cozy afternoon at home.
I found my Pillsbury Pumpkin Stuffed Cupcake Kit at Walmart. Seasonal products can come and go, so grab one if you happen to spot it!
