Who says stamps are just for cards and scrapbooking? Not me! 🌼
One of my favorite things about paper crafting is discovering new ways to use the supplies I already have. And today's project is a perfect example!
We're taking our favorite stamps beyond the card and turning them into adorable handmade earrings, backpack charms, purse charms, and more!
For my project, I created these festive little Santa hat earrings using the Stampin' Up! Santa's Hat Stamp Set and Shrinky Dinks. Aren't they fun?
But here's the really exciting part — you can use just about any stamp set in your collection!

🎄 From Stamps to Earrings!
For my Christmas earrings, I used the Santa's Hat Stamp Set from Stampin' Up!
The process starts with a stamped image on shrink plastic. After coloring, cutting, and preparing the image according to the shrink plastic instructions, the magic happens when you heat it!
The image shrinks into a smaller, sturdier piece that's perfect for turning into jewelry or charms.
Add your earring hardware, and you've got a cute handmade accessory!
A little tip: Remember to make your hole for the jewelry hardware before shrinking your image. Follow the instructions for your particular shrink plastic, including any recommended ink, coloring tools, and heating method.
